Count Down

Countin the days and soon the mins. I've keyed my Lynard tape to 'Sweet Home Alabama' (Yes my jeep has cassette not CD). I play that song on every trip as I cross into 'Bama.
It's amazing how 'Bama Christmas it feels here. Warm and wet. There was a light dusting of snow a couple of days ago that went with a few days of brutal cold but for the most part we seem to be in an unusual warm pattern.
We're doing the two day version of going home. Stopping half way for the night. Still hard for me to do. Seems like such a waste of time and my Jeep will be full of tools which means we have to unload it into the room or I won't be able to sleep.
But all the hassles and anything else will be worth it!
When I get to Clanton I truely feel at home. After the first day at Mom's it's as if I was there always. Jacci says it only takes a waitress in Tenn to kick my accent back into high gear :~)
Well back to making customers happy.
